We currently have an opening for a full-time, detail-oriented Project Manger with at least 2-5 years field experience in commercial construction and a 4-year degree in Engineering or Constuction Management. Knowlege of moderate to complex building constuction processes is essential. The successful applicant will also possess excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must have experience working with AutoCad, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing the project schedule
  • Administer and execute contract buy-outs
  • Manage owner and sub-contractor change orders
  • Complete monthly owner billings using the percentage of completion method
  • Attend weekly job meetings and record meeting minutes
  • Establish and manage punchlist and timeline for completion
  • Obtain final payment
