Newcomb Construction welcomes Bill Siebers to the team as a Senior Structural Engineer/Manager.  Bill came to Newcomb from Arnold & O’Sheridan, and prior to that The Durrant Group in Madison, WI where he served there as Manager of Structural Engineering.  Bill is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states including Wisconsin, and brings with him over 20 years experience in civil engineering and the built environment.  Welcome aboard Bill
