Newcomb Construction has broken ground on a 3200 sq.ft. concrete tilt-up storm shelter in the Town of Dunn.  Concrete tilt-up was chosen due to its ability to withstand 250mph winds and 100mph projectiles.  The storm shelter is 80% funded by FEMA and will hold 575 Town of Dunn residents in the event of a tornado.
