We currently have an opening a full-time Project Architect.  We are a design-build general contract which completes 90% of our commercial building designs in-house.  The current size and complexity of our projects are creating the need for a 2-5 year licensed architect with experience working with projects raning from $5 million to $15 million in size.  A successful candidate would preferrably have a Masters degree in architecture and enjoy creative design as well as the construction document and detailing processes. Communication and collorborative skills are essential for dealing with a wide range of stakeholders. Must be proficient in AutoCAD.

Job duties to include but are not limited to the following:

• Creative designs and sales drawings
• Government approvals
• Code research and compliance
• Coordination of outside design consultants
• Manage company designers
• Hold established timelines
